• So I'm sure there were some doubters out there about my chances with that girl.  Believe me, I was a doubter myself, and though there still might be doubts, what she said made me really happy today.

  What I had done was send her an e-Valentines card...

  Her: "It was very pretty."

  Me: "You're welcome.  I'm glad you liked it."

  Her: "I wanted to send you an email thanking you but... sorry for being late."

  Me: "No, no, it's okay.  Actually though, I was a bit worried when I didn't get an email... thought 'oh no, I've failed..'"

  Her: "No, it was a great success!!"

  Me: "Hehe, really?  Thanks!  Happy Valentine's Day!"

  Man, she made my day.
