I went to Pleasanton today and met Mihae. Had lunch at Mimi's Cafe, and did some book shopping at Barnes and Noble's. Thanks for today, Mihae!
I also got a lot of studying done today. Finished my Poli Sci readings, and I finished 4 pages out of the 5-7 pages I need to write for my History Essay. Of course I still need to do revisions... but...hey, it's better than nothing. At least I'm getting stuff done. Plus, I've finished all my other stuff I need to do so I have tonight, tomorrow, and the night after tomorrow to finish stuff off. Not bad, not bad.
Gosh... you know what's super annoying? NOT KNOWING WHAT YOU GOT ON YOUR ASSIGNMENTS!!!! I wrote my Poli Sci essay and turned it in over a week ago but I won't find out what I got until next week. This sucks superbly because I want to know how my writing level is in Berkeley's standards... and grrrr... I'm not getting what I want. I think I did well.. but... you never know. This is Berkeley.
And... as for my Top 5 Today:
Top 5 Things That When I See It, I Think: "Only in Berkeley..."
1) Definitely the abundance of student demonstrations
2) Psychotic sounding street lecturers that hang around Sather Gate
3) SO MANY CUTE ASIAN GIRLS!!!!!
4) Weird student-run classes like "Male Sexuality" or "Erotic Writing" (I mean... what other college will have something like this?"
5) Finally, but DEFNITELY NOT THE LEAST I TELL YOU! : THE BEST EDUCATION, THE BEST PROFESSORS, THE BEST STUDENTS, THE BEST FRIENDS.... ONLY IN BERKELEY... DEFINITELY
